Under Council President Biasiotta's leadership, regular order has returned to Council meetings. By always performing his due diligence and following a fact-based approach, companies, developers and leaders of other cities now feel comfortable partnering with and investing in Seven Hills.

Tony has taken the lead on three of the largest economic development deals in the history of the City. All three deals (while in various stages of completion) represent nearly $200 million in investments in our City.
